The intel core i5-4670k or intel core i5-3570K.

I will use it for gaming, editing, rendering, recording and live streaming.

Well the new i5-4670k has haswell, less energy and less heat. Might be a little more pricey but definitely a better choice.

The Haswell will be better since it's an upgrade to the 3570K.

Since the 4670k is running on the new Haswell architecture, I would assume it is better, but it doesn't really improve a whole lot on the 3570k. Unless you're doing multiple high-intensity multi-threaded tasks at once, I would honestly go with the 3570k, or maybe even a 3770k if you really think you'll need a little more of a boost. However, if you're looking to upgrade in the future, I don't think the 1155 socket will do much for you; in that case, I would go with the 4670k.

I think I will get the i5 4670k and upgrade it to a i7 Haswell or If intel releases a upgrade to the Haswell.
