Is there a way to check my messages on a permanently banned account? I tried to do it on xbox.com but it still comes up with the banned message.

Maybe try signing out and in again on xbox.com, im able to check mines on my perma banned account.

That doesn't work man

I've tried alot of different things but none of them work.

When you sign in and it comes up the message try go to edit your profile ? if you can change some things and save it, then click your profile and then messages. If that dont work im not too sure

I can't get into the account part of the site, all I can get into is support and "Social"

try getting on your mobile phone i think you can do it on that

I'm almost positive you can check your messages on your mobile phone. It allows you to change the bio and what not on mobile, so I don't see why it wouldn't allow you to check messages.

Edit: You can't check messages. You can send/accept friends requests and change your information from mobile though.
