Do you have a legit copy? if you do then no! you wont get banned MS will know this
Do you have a pirate copy? if you do then MS will know this and BAN! you

As long as you have a XDG3 burner, stealth patch your game, and check your burn, you should be good.

legit copy or not if you got the torrent it was a RETAIL COPY of the game so unless you fail at burning it will come to MS as a Rrtail Copy.

im going online tomorrow when servers come on but im not bothered if my xbox gets banned because only 2 weeks till next gen anyway

Tbh I'm not bothered if I get banned because I'm selling my xbox soon anyways to put some money towards an xbox one
