fallout 3 mod help

so im stuck trying to get fallout 3 wanderers edition to work but there are to many instructions that dont make sense. is there an area i can just download the right setup for the mods and copy and paste or do i have to keep trying?

Go [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and click this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Then click this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
and choose a download server. Install the program.
Now go back to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and click these:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Ensure that NMM is open and has begun the download:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Then go back to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and make sure you're looking at the files available to download, then click this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
You must download this second part, otherwise the mod will not work.
Now, back in NMM, click the 'Mods' tab near the top of the program, and look for the mod category that has this icon next to it (it won't be in the 'weapons' category):

Open the category, double click the new mod and allow it to install. It will notify you if it has installed properly.

Then click this:

Download Modio and search the game "Fallout 3" in the savegames section. You must have an account with internet to download something.

thats how far ive gotten every time but no matter what instructions it still wont work for some reason
