If I buy a rhino tank, where can I store it and how do I buy a hanger to store it. I was playing with someone who had it and was blowing everyone up.

you don't store it, Pegasus holds it for you and you can replace the tank if its destroyed for $1,000
It is the best investment you can make

But beware you can get bad sport for destroying player vehicles.
