Quick questions about how to improve skills like flying. What do you have to do to improve them a lot in a short amount of time? are the certain objectives that you have to meet to improve them?

i done flight school next to the airport if u aint unlocked it yet u get it a couple of missions after trevor meets michael

The fastest method for flying is probably to get gold medals in the flying school at the airport entrance above the steps.
The fastest method for shooting is to get headshots or to get gold medals at the shooting ranges located in and around Los Santos.

Do the flight school. I maxed flying on Michael after getting gold on 6 of the lessons.

As he said do flight school all you have to do is do a couple lessons and it goes up a lot.

Flying = Flight School as people said above
As for the others, just go to the stats tab on the pause menu and look at the first sub-tab drop down with the stats for each character and it tells you how to improve each stat and what you must do for them.

I have almost max everything on micheal & franklin
Special: Use it alot
Stamina: Just keep running every where you can
Shooting: Go to a shooting range & aim for bulls eyes
Strength: Play golf, Tennis & i think darts also gets that up
Stealth: Kill enmanys by nocking them out
Flying: Go to flight school & try to get gold on everything
Driving: Drive at high speeds against trafic & get as many near misses that you can
Lung capacity: Just swim underwater until your breath is almost out the go for more & repeate
Special: Use it alot
