hey how do you activate the gta 5 Stangers and freaks mission (The Last One) with bigfoot

I just got the mission and I don't have gold in all side missions. I've got 100% completion, and I got the mission after replaying one of the other side missions and getting gold, so I'm pretty sure it has something to do with getting gold in side missions but you definitely don't need gold in ALL side missions.
