No Jailbreak Needed!
1. First thing you will need to do is set your date on your iDevice to 2012.
2. Next while in Safari go to http:// emu4ios. weebly .com / downloads.html
(without the spaces)
3. Now choose the gba4ios and install.
4. While in gba4ios hit the the magnifying glass on on the top right to download roms and allow it to go to safari.
5. You can choose any website but i suggest to use the first website it gives.
6. Now look for the game you want to play and hit download.
7. At the top right should be a "Open in 'GBA4iOS"
8. and boom you can go ahead and play it.
9. Have fun and show off to all your friends on how your device isnt jailbroken but you can play Game boy advance games on it.

You can play this on iOS 7 if you already have it. I have it and so far it hasnt done anything to my device.
