Story:
Grid is a game that you run your own race team your the team head and you work your way to the top of the racing circate by gaining sponcors and winning races. at first you start out as a free agent driving for other teams earning money after you earn enough dough you can buy a car and start racing your own team as the head driver Grid has a few diffrent regions US, UK, japan all with a diffrent championship. Diffrent events found in game include GT championships, drifting, touge, open wheel racing, and demolition derby. Players can also participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans at the end of each racing season. There are plenty of fictional and real life tracks found in game

Gameplay

The gameplay in this game is extremely smooth everything from the cornering, braking, shifting.Everything just flows so nicely its like driving an actual car the camera style helps attribute to the smoothness as well it adds to the flow they did very good with this game.

Graphics:
Grid has some pretty high end graphics they are very fitting to the cars the wrecked cars and car stickers for decals look very realistic. the smoke from the tires is where they fail a little bit but its not much to complain about. overall the graphics for this game are very nice the really make you feel like your the driver and you are in the car.

The controls in this game are similar to any other racing game ie. Forza these are the control there very easy to understand and get used to i asure you if you play this game the controls will not cause problems

DLC
December 2008, the 8-Ball Pack was released the pack includes 8 new vehicles, including the McLaren F1 GTR, TVR Cerbera Speed 12, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, Honda S2000, Nissan GT-R (S-G2008), VW Nardo, Pontiac Firebird and the Volvo C30. 8-Ball Pack also comes with 2 new multiplayer events on existing circuits from across Grid's three continents. March 2010 the next DLC named the Prestige Pack was released (for the PS3 only). The pack adds Mount Panorama Circuit and 10 more cars, including the Ferrari F430 GTC, Bugatti Veyron and Ferrari F575 GTC. The third and final DLC pack, still yet to be released, is reported to include Ford and Holden V8 supercars.

Servers
The servers for Playstation and PC are both shut down but the Xbox servers remain up

I recommend this game to anyone who enjoys car racing games or just wants to have a game that will easily pass the time i lose track of time drifting all the time all around a very well made game.
