In Hawaii nobody is really into politics and all of a sudden everyone became a politician this year.

SWAT teams have to roll up into active shooter situations and you're telling me they shouldn't have armored vehicles? Wow it looks military-ish because the military uses armored vehicles to not get shot too.
As for grenade launchers, they don't use HE rounds. How else are they going to lob tear gas down a street, or through a window?
