Specs:
CPU: AMD 4130 Quad-Core Processor (3.8 GHz)
RAM: 8GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 610

I am going to ask for a graphics card for Christmas. Except, I don't know which one because I'm a nub. Which is a good one to run CS:GO at a consistent, high FPS?

Well would help to know what kind of computer you have? Do you have a free PCI Slot? Also I would recommend a GTX 970. You can find them used for around $200 or you can buy Open box ones at Microcenter for $170- $200. A GTX 970 Will handle any game new game on Medium to High setting. It meets the recommended settings for The Division which is a very graphics intensive game. It runs Battlefield 4 On Ultra settings at 100FPS So honestly, a 970 Is your best bet for the price. But if you can afford it, A 6GB 1060 Is around $280 Which is a step up from a 970. Don't go to big though because you might start to bottleneck your CPU
