So for about the past week i have been going to sleep at around 5am and getting up at about 11am.
I go back to college on Monday and start at 8am so is there anyway i can sort this within 2 days?

My schedule always gets so that I go sleep around 9:30am and wake up at like 4:30PM. To fix it just stay up for 24 hours and go to sleep at normal time, should do the trick

Do a full all nighter got to bed at around 6PM the next day and you should be set.

Exactly ^^

That's how I always fixed my sleep schedule when I would stay up like that.

Like Gaven and BigBrother said. I've done this multiple times. Stay up for a full 24+ hours and then go to bed about 12 hours before you need to be up.

Nah don't. A sleeping problem with most people is caused by a lack of solid schedule.

Go back to college - feel like shit for a couple days and eventually once you get back into routine it'll fix itself up. After that don't be an idiot and sleep/wake up on time. Set alarms and be responsible.

This will help. I use this and I'll knock out in 20mins, sometimes a little more.

Just stay up all night one night and then go to sleep at the time you want, set an alarm for the time you want to wake up. Will work well!

Stay up the entire day until you go to bed at a reasonable hour like 10 or 11 or so and then when you go to bed you will be tired and you will wake up at a normal hour.

Do the same thing tomorrow.

Yes you can sort it out by the following; When you go to bed at 5am - Don't go to bed stay up all day until next day - Evening time then pass out so you wake up early.
