Open CMD > ipconfig /renew > ipconfig /release > unplug router and plug it back in.

A lot of modern routers have a feature that you can turn on that can help protect you from ddos.

open cmd
type - ipconfig and find default gateway
go to your default gateway on the internet
reboot router, there should be an option on the menu or in advanced settings.
or just go pull the wire out of your router then back.

SORTED
