Let me start of by saying that I have never made any type of beat before & that this is my first beat ever which took about 4-6 hours counting the time spent watching YouTube Videos.

Anyways let me know what you think and how I can improve.

Constructive criticism is okay.

I am also a rapper (trap music) which you can also check out my songs on my SoundCloud.

Really dope beat, especially for your first track ever! I would definitely recommend adding more variation in there, maybe like every 8 bars. Between 0:08 and 0:54 needs some more variation, it gets very repetitive and boring to the ears after a little, but all the sounds and instruments you used sound good! Where did you get that snare at 1:55?

Thanks for the suggestions! That snare came from a free trap drum kit, in fact all of this was made by just that drum kit. You can download it from where i got it [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
