My specs are
i3 6100
rx 480 g1 gaming
asus h110m-k mobo
8 gb ddr4 ram
1 tb WD blue drive
I just turned my pc on for the first time and loaded into bios and everything looked like it was working and plugged in correctly, but when I put my Windows 10 installation disc and got to the area where I needed to select a drive for the os to install too there was no drives to select. First time building a pc someone help me please ):

Check the card drive is plugged in correctly and is getting power.
Check bios and see if the hard drive is showing up there
