1st one imo. More cleaner and it strengthens the appeal of the logo.

I would stick to the first option as the clean bubble shaped icon with a chat triangle shows the interconnectivity more clearly. Also the first option I in a better format for print, and being a multimedia I presume print would be included. The second one looks cool and all but just takes away from the cleanliness of the first

Both look good but out of preference I'd have to say the first one, just looks a lot cleaner.
