I'd say shutter island has one of my favourite twists in it. Still one of my favourite movies ever.

Thats a really good list, Planet of The Apes was also one of my favorites. That weird feeling when it takes you a minute to realize...*shutter...Also Inception was great because of how unique it was. It was a twist...but it might not have been, which makes it a twist..? Great Film

Predators is good. The twist at the end is good and it changes quite a lot about the movie.

The sixth sense also had a pretty good plot twist.

My favourite movie with the biggest plot twist that I've seen is called "The others". I haven't watched it since I was a small child but I remember it quite well. It's a brilliant movie and the ending is just crazy.
