A 400 watt psu should be fine to run a 750ti for now but i would recommend getting one a bit higher just to be safe when you can

The power delivery will be fine with 400W (depending what other components you have).
The main concern is whether or not your power supply is a decent one, or a cheap one. Do you know what PSU you have?

I've no idea why everyone is telling you that "it's fine" when you haven't actually told us what PSU you're using. Considering that's a pre-built, it's a good bet you're running a very shit quality PSU. That's not safe at all, since a poor quality PSU can take out your entire system.
More than that though, the 750Ti would be a terrible choice with the new GPUs coming out very soon.
