I dont think video game, music etc has anything to do with it.
I personally think its the parents fault.
I have played video games all my life, listened to "bad" music such as rap, grime etc ( ones seen as influencing crime )
Yet I still I feel I am a nice and good person. Anyone I meet who I dont know is Sir or Ma'am. I salute military Officers who live on the same base as me.
Parenting is the key in my opinion.
You are parts of them so if they are good and respectable people then the chances are you are.
