Leonard hofstater- Leonard is a experimental physicist who shares an apartment with his best friend Sheldon Cooper. Leonard is the mature one in the group and is considered luckiest with the ladies. He is currently in a relationship with his fiance Penny.

Sheldon Cooper- Sheldon is a theoretical physicist who lacks social skills he is trying to understand a lot of things including sarcasm and Comedy even though the smartest in the group with an IQ of 187 he is currently in a relationship with Amy Farre Fowler. Sheldon also does not like change and has a keen interest in trains and comic book superheroes.

Rajesh Koothrappali- Rajesh is an astrophysicist who's best friends with Howard Wolowitz. Rajesh is very awkward around girls and at one point could not speak to girls without the consumption of alcohol he is currently in a relationship with a women called Emily. Rajesh is described as being feminine in a few episodes. He also shares and interest in comic book superheroes.

Howard Wolowitz- Howard is a Engineer who lived with his mother for several seasons. He is currently in a relationship with a women called Bernadette. Before meeting Bernadette Howard would try it on with any girl he met he also has a really really close relationship with his best friend Rajesh. Also in recent episodes finds out that he's going to be a father.
