My Opinion on Activision and The Call of Duty Franchise

NOTE: I am a Long Time Call of Duty Fan and You Shouldn't Take This Topic in a Negative Way. So If You Are Going To Respond in a Negative Way Then Don't Read It or Even Comment. Also When I Mean "Negative" I Mean Like Don't Call Me Out or Even Give Names. I Would Like To See This Topic Full of Comments With Debates and Opinions. Nothing Else. Thanks You.

Call of Duty in My Opinion Is NOT Dead But... It Will Be If They Continue This Bullsh*t and Stop Listening To What There FANS Want To See... They Are Literally Doing The Complete Opposite of What We Ask For Every Year, and Its Very F*cking Annoying! So Telling Activision What You Want To See Next Year is Soo F*cking Pointless! So Here What ill Do... I'm Going To Make a List of Things That is KILLING Call of Duty as a Whole.

    Supply Drops
    No Boots To Ground
    Dull Boring Maps
    Colorful and Unrealistic Maps
    Unrealistic Cartoon Character Customization

Call of duty for me has been dead for the last 2-3 years. The games just ain't the same or not as fun I should say. I honestly hate all this futuristic bullshit, it completely ruined the game for me. I just want something like Call of duty 4, Mw2 or even WaW. All they have to do is just keep it simple instead of making these over the top CoDs. They are trying to put way to many things in it and it's just so bad. Don't know why they would even put in super jump in the game. That's why I only play the older call of duty games because the new ones are shit in my opinion.

Hopefully the next cod will be half way decent without all this futuristic stuff but I doubt it.

I think the supply drops are usually pretty cool. Not really of a fan of weapons in them, but skins and whatnot in them is great. The only Call of Duty I heard that did bad in sales was Ghosts. Were there others? If their sales were consistently lacking, I am sure they'd change it. They are a company. I'd doubt they would just let a title like Call of Duty die without trying to go back to the original style. Also, I would think that this is a way they showed they cared. For years, there were people saying, "It is the same thing every year, copy and paste game." Well, they changed that, yes? Seems like they did listen. With the size of Call of Duty's fan base, I am sure it is difficult to make everyone happy.

yes I agree they are cool but they promised only cosmetic items and then they start putting actual guns in them... we should automatically get those guns or put them in season pass at least

I do enjoy the call of duty franchise, i just think that the futuristic bullshit needs to **** off. I would love to see games similar to MW2, WaW, even Bo1. It just takes the piss because everyone (the Cod Community) Have been asking for futuristic bullshit to go, we just want a game that is either modernised or something classy - and year after year the screw us over. I feel that rn CoD is dying, because they dont listen to the community, and by doing this their product is deducting in quality and sales. Im just glad they haven't made futuristic zombies in Bo3, because rn thats what is keeping the game alive. I mean look at AW zombies jfc it was awful.
