Im not sure i dont think so because on ps3 and 360 it didnt let you.

If it works like it does on the xbox one where it lets you play 360 games you should still be able to party up.

Yes, all "PS4" features stay so you can be in a party, record, take screenshots. Everything, it basically is a PS4 game

its just an emulator so why not plus it has trophies and stuff so yeah youll be able to use party chat and they allow you to shareplay/live stream through ps4
