My freind is looking for already built pc. It will be used for gaming but on normal graphics

He wants:

PC with no os or a windows that's free
Monitor
Mouse
Keyboard

He dosnt know how to. I could possibly build it but it would just be easier to get it sent directly to him already built.

It isn't difficult to build a PC, He will get a far better build if he builds it himself or if you built it for him than if he got a PC from a website.
There are many tutorials on Youtube that give a very detailed description on how to do each individual part.

£500 including peripherals, is already pretty tight. If your friend doesn't build it himself, or buys a pre-built, he's just going to get a shitty APU rig, and have been completely ripped off.
