my computer cmd = disabled by admin = regedit = disabled = some one help me PLEASE

One way of making sure that your CMD isn't disabled is by making sure it isn't disabled in the registry.
To change this, open notepad and type this in it:
Then save the file like this in notepad:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Making sure that the "Save as type" is on "All Files (*.*)".
Then run the file, and hopefully CMD shouldn't be disabled, unless it has been disabled somewhere else in windows.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]
"DisableCMD"=dword:00000000
Then save the file like this in notepad:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
