Does anyone know how to sign in a guest and play online? Or if that is even an option? Everywhere I look online it say split available online for 2 players and 4 players locally but I can't seem to get the 2 players online. Thanks for any help in advance.

Shouldn't it be as simple as pressing start on the second controller whilst in the menus? Pretty sure thats how its always been, don't see why it'd change.

That's not the case in this game. I'm not sure if guest are an option but after an hour of trying to figure it out you have to make an account and sign into it with the second controller. The account does not need gold. I'm not sure why they would change this or if this is intentional but it definitely was annoying
