I've seen these on youtube allot recently so its made me want one, but here in aus its a little expensive for what it is.

Would be nice bike to use for lane splitting in the city instead of the 600.

nice bike 10/10

A Few Updates

I have gotten the baffle removed,
turns out there was a tick weld on one side of the bolt and also the hole to get to the bolt wasn't inline,
so it was pretty much impossible to remove the baffle.

I met a engineer while out a run on the bikes on Sunday,
He said to buy a dremel and some sort of attachments to shave the weld away and open the hole abit more at the top so i can get a socket in.
The black dot beside the bolt is the tick weld,

Sound clip of the straight through debaffled exhaust

I also bought some new Tyga levers for the Grom,
Was hoping just to get all black but they had to match was Black and Gold,
Gold matches the forks a bit but the levers are slightly darker than them.
They are fully adjustable as in reach and length wise, made them shortys though

Excuse the mess, was raining on my to get the tyre changed
A new rear tyre for winter as my old one was starting to go bald in the middle

I also fitted a new air filter a few weeks back as there was a sale on eBay and I got it pretty cheap
DNA Air Filter on the left and stock on the right,
you can see there is a huge difference.

Im hoping this will be the last of the mods until Xmas but who knows lol

Baffles seem to take the piss sometimes, i know where you're coming from there 1234((

Looks awesome, also the TYGA levers look AMAZING ppr(

Just make sure to avoid the police now, just pull the clutch in and roll if they pass you. Seems to do the trick for me :2thumbsup:

I passed the traffics the other day when they were pulling people in for checks.. never said a thing about the exhaust which was surprising, just were asking how long i've had it for etc. Also the exhaust isn't as loud as my previous one, just a deeper tone to it and now while I decelerate it starts making mini pops which is insanely awesome.

levers are amazing, much better than stock to be honest. Trying to keep everything in a colour scheme lol
The gold parts can slide out if I want to make them longer but I prefer shorty's as I mainly use 2 fingers for braking and the same with up/downshifting.. usually do the occasional clutchless upshifts after 2nd though

It's sounding so good! also the levers look really good, I didn't know you could get levers that would extend

I rode past a Grom for the first time today and it got me thinking, why do those indicator lights stay illuminated? or is it just a safety feature

Indicator light stay illuminated when the ignition is turned on. The moment your start the bike they stay on and the headlight comes on also
