Honestly dont really know a good efficient way to level up my last 2 levels.

Monkey Guards at Ape Atoll. There is an altar there an all you need is mainly small bits of food (if your prayer ever goes off), maybe prayer pots(if you arent near an altar), and monkey greegree. Just put protect melee on and thats it, the "staying focused on your prayer points part" is up to you ;P.

I had a lvl 90ish with 95str, full void, fury, zerker ring, and full melee void and just hit atleast 40 on these guards. Best training imo
