This might help people that have trouble winning games but ever since i used custom tactics ive lost about 5 in 35 games.
Go to team of the week and then before you go on play match go to team management then go across to tactics then press a on custom tactic when set back out and go on any game mode you want and before you go in game just set it to custom in team management.
Heres one from youtuber ovvy thats been successful for me

pressure:20
aggression:50
team width:55
