I totally agree with you on some of these.
Passing definitely needs to be fixed.
Keepers need to be tweked a little.
Pace means nothing, It should definitely mean at least something.
Very few chances per game.
3 at the back is definitely OP, I use it myself so I can testify ;).

Nope not one bit! If anything it creates alot more opportunities for you as you've always got the ball with 352! Midfield is important this year.

Nope not one bit! If anything it creates alot more opportunities for you as you've always got the ball with 352! Midfield is important this year.
People haven't been attacking me from the wings, I make them play through the middle, 3412 suits me.
