Wish I could go. I know I need to, but I'm that ashamed I won't even go to the gym since I feel it's that bad and will just get looks :/

I used to be in the same position as you for a while and then I finally got the courage to go and it was probably one of the best decision's I have ever made. I used to be incredibly overweight and going to the gym actually helped me a lot. I have now been at a healthy weight for over 3 years now and have been working out everyday. If you need any help just let me know.

Yh I go to the gym everyday I can basically when I don't have football(soccer) training/matches

Ignore what anyone thinks about you, they're stupid if they judge.

Everyone starts somewhere, whether your losing or gaining weight.

There's skinny people in gyms who will feel just as bad as you do, the sooner you get in the gym the better you'll start to feel about it and you'll have wished you joined up earlier.

Just started taking 'Optimum Nutrition Amino Acids' in the mornings and 'Optimum Nutrition Casein' at night.

Amino Acids are an important part of your diet, so its an easy way to get some in your diet and a nice drink to wake you up in the morning.

As for Casein, its a slow-digesting protein which I can still feel is in me in when I get up in the morning.
