I can lucid dream, often causes sleep paralysis though and it's scary af.

I get it naturally I didn't even know what It was till a few years ago tends to happen when I get very tired and yeah sleep paralysis isn't pleasant.

I basically found out about all this from TretzyTV's newest video of him explaining that he gets lucid dreaming often but he accidentally ended up getting Astral Projection from it.

I also found that people were saying in youtube comments that sleep paralysis is scary but you can control it. I will try it eventually and hope for the best.

Would love to experience it but dunno if it's really worth it.

Also i do have sleeping issues so it takes me 40 mins - hour to actually get to sleep so perhaps i am some sort of chosen one XD.

Can never know till you try, ima start taking notes of what my dreams are from tonight onwards and hope for results!

Its not cool it can be very scary for some and scare people from what they see, it also paralyses your body from moving which is scary and much more its not good for you .
