Wow, the amount of useless 8/10's is almost at a whole new level here.

What useless feedback that is.

It doesn't look bad. I like the clean sharp style you were going for.

However you used too many arrows. It almost strains the eye, and its too much to look at.
Try making only one or two more powerful, relevant arrows.

Also, completely ditch the hexagonal pattern on the back of it.
That ruins the clean, proffesionalism of it.

That is better!
My feedback on the changes would be to keep the theme consistent...
The whole design is sharp, clean, and professional.
But the eroded effect on the text contradicts that.
