To be fair, no. The team is really great when it comes to keeping the site cleaned freshened and I never feel too overwhelmed or as if I'm not doing my part. However there are always the problems that come with people who just won't read the rules and expect you to deal with their inability to follow them.

Against popular opinion, we do not have rules against being James-. He manages to not break the rules, so I'm afraid you'll just have to deal with him until we invade europe.

No I never imagined I would be on the staff team, when I first joined I wasn't even aware of the site having staff. I just referred to it as "That stupid site that keeps trying to charge me for cod4".

I have not met anyone on the staff team irl yet, but I plan on 1v1'ing Mark on the blacktop soon enough.

How do you feel about users asking you to add them?

I don't typically add users or accept friend requests, due to getting random IM spam, so I normally ignore their requests (I also steal candy from children and beat up old ladies on the weekends). But if a User needs to talk to me about a site issue, it is normally easier to add them for IM than waiting for PM's to get sent.

There are 50+ staff members from all kinds of different backgrounds and areas. We all have different opinions, and so we do not always agree on issues and rules. However we find a way to make it work because at the end of the day we have the Site in our best interests. Also I don't think TTG would be nearly as great if we all had the same, simple, opinion on matters.

I remember one night being on TTG and suddenly I got a bunch of steam (Or skype? I forget) from Mark telling me something was happening. I visited his profile and saw the new title "Sectional Moderator". After spamming him with grats I visited my profile and noticed I was also a mod.

And no, other than harassment from Saki, I don't get any kind of payment for my time here. Which is fine, since it's an all volunteer team.
