In your BIOS, go to Advanced - Chipset Configuration and set Memory Remap Feature to Enabled.

Craig just reminded me. If you're using 32bit this sometimes and a lot of the times happens.

REP if it helped?

Lucritius wrote Go to your control panel and go to system and security. View your amount of ram and processor speed and in that same screen it will tell you whether you have a 32 bit of 64 bit based operating system. If it says 32 bit then there's your problem.
Did you not read anything? He has 64Bit, thats why hes confused.

Do you have a APU?
Or is it a dedicated GFX card?

Sometimes the APU will reserve some of your ram for video.

Take out the ram and reseat it.

Being honest. Is the windows legit? If not, you might have got a 32 bit that was messed with to be "64".
