Im a really big fan of the deadric set but i refuse to buy it off the crown store, Im level 21 atm and im in the Aldmeri Dominion. Can i farm it now or do i have to wait till VR ranks?

you'll find them randomly in backpacks, chests, draws ect.. more likely to find Blue motifs atm but iv found 2 Primal Motifs in Vet Areas recently
