If anyone could tell or show me that would be very much appreciated and I'd make them primal or daedric armor

VET 6 is best.
However you cannot farm them unless you have coldharbour unlocked.
Its easy to level blacksmith before even hitting vet.
You can deconstruct items made with daedre hearts to possibly get them.
Or buy them from guild traders, the best prices ive seen so far are daggerfall -> Ethereal army guild trader (1.6k)
