I don't know what happened but what I'm about to tell you guys are 100% facts as I have no reason to lie.
I was banned on two accounts for getting modded stats(Used Ideas and Used Ideas II)
That was back in February-March. Since then I made a third account called "McYeet".
I only played AW on it from time to time because I was bored of being a low level.
Today I just wanted to play and I did. I started the day off at rank 38 non prestige and ended just now at 41 or 42.
I was playing solo until I played about 5 games with a buddy of mine. About 15 minutes ago, my Wi-Fi cuts out. It always flickers on and off but usually only on Destiny.
I figured no big deal so I got back online. Tried to go on AW, and Sledgehammer and they said I was permanently banned. I literally threw my controller because I know for a FACT I did nothing wrong as I haven't modded my stats on that account and none of my banned accounts were even online.
I don't know what happened but I'm seriously pissed af right now.

You should talk to sledgehammer games support to see if you can get unbanned because that is ridiculous to get banned for just playing normally

Dude no lie this happened to me on Ghost instead of
AW 2 accounts got banned so i made a 3rd account i was playing squads solo got to level like 6 then went online for 1 game then i stopped playing for 2 weeks and decided to get back on to play as soon as i got to multiplayer it said i jhli was permently banned form playing online i was like wtf i did nothing wrong on this acc
and thats when i was console banned form playing ghost smh

I you don't have a static IP, reset your router, get a new IP then play. Only thing I believe could be the source of your issue is that they've banned you on two accounts on the same IP, so they presume you're modding or gonna mod again.
