Well that motherboard / PSU do you have?

To answer your question though, SLI 980ti's will be the better option hands down as a single 980ti performs similarly to the Titan X.

SLI 980Ti's are going to considerably out-perform a single Titan X. Heck, a single 980Ti makes more sense than a single Titan X. However, we can't answer based on the info we have.

What is your full budget and currency for your entire system?
Will you overclock, CPU, GPU, both?
What will the system be used for exactly?
When will you be purchasing?
Do you need monitor(s)?
Do you need keyboard and/or mouse?
What resolution will you be playing at?(1440p, 4k, 1440p surround(7680x1440) etc)

My full budget is around 6000$

I will be using the pc for gaming, photo shop, and other system intensive programs like CAD, Cinema 4D, etc. And school work.

I will be playing games at 1440p and around there and in the near future 4k

I should be purchasing in the next month!

Already have all other peripherals. (Mouse, monitors, ect)

I think that for $6k, you'r wasting money. No idea how a 5960x set-up with a single Titan X is going to cost anywhere near $6k.

It'd be ridiculous not to run 4k with $6k to spend. Rig like that deserves a custom loop but the PH-TC14PE will be more than enough. Use a 100GB or so partition on the Intel SSD for your OS, partition the rest as you please. I don't know what would be better for you personally, so you'll need to figure that out for yourself. Use 2 of the 140mm fans in the front as intake and the last in the rear as exhaust. Can easily add a 3rd 980Ti at any point. Enthoo Pro will do you fine. If t were me, I'd get a custom case labs case though and a dank custom loop.
