I would go with 41212 mostly because of it consisting of two strikers.

Dude try them out yourself you ask nearly everyday what formation to you, everyone has a different play style its whatever suits you, you just have to find your own, I prefer the 41212 (2), 4312, 4321

4-1-2-1-2 is the strongest formation in my opinion

It depends on the players you've got. I've been alternating between 4-1-2-1-2 and 4-3-2-1. With 2 strikers I use TOTS Austin because he needs a second striker, so if you've got a target man like that I'd go for 4-1-2-1-2. If you've got a really good striker who's good on the ball and some pacey wingers 4-3-2-1 would work really well.

Try them out with your players and see which one works the best.

Best formations in Fifa are: 41212(2), 4312 and the 4321 (for counter-attacking players). If you're bad at fifa then go for the 41212 because it's for noobs since it honestly takes no skill to use.

I would go with the 433(4) . I had it for a good while with kluivert at ST and bergkamp at cam. Or you could go with the 4312 all you need is strong midfielders with high def stats and pacey the strikers

My favorite formation in Fifa 15 has been 4-3-3 -5. I've used SIF Griezmann, TOTS Eremenko, Tevez, ozil, TOTS lacazette and MOTM Hamsik as CF's and have all played great. Fast wingers and a great passing CF is the most important for this formation

I would go with 4321 any day. Great formation for hybrids and with the LF, ST, and RF trio it is like you have three strikers and the LF and RF can also cat as wingers.
