Should have been left up to each individual state to decide wether it should be legal or not. Amendment 10 of the US consitution.

People get so caught up with the harsh rules of the old testament that they forget that the new testament is all about forgiveness with faith and to love everyone as equals. Its sad.

Marriage is a legally binding contract with actual law involved.
There is a separation of church and state for a reason. Marriage has nothing to do with religion.

I'm surprised people are still ignorant and intolerant of homosexuals. What is this, the 15th century in the middle east?

Good job, judges. Superb day for the LGBT community world wide.

I agree. Not that I'm against gay marriage at all, I support having as many freedoms as possible. Just that I believe the states should've had the right to decide if they wanted it or not. States Rights>Government Rights.

For those saying the issue is over, it's not. If you seriously think all states that had bans on this will just back down then you are mistaken. States will probably fight it, even against the Supreme Court, and I hope they do. To me this was against the 10th Amendement.

Congrats to the LGBT community tho, you finally got the freedoms you deserved. Now hopefully we can get rid of taxes

Im surprised that people are so arrogant to people with their own beliefs. People like you is whats wrong with the world. Get over yourself.

I also love how you congratulated the judges for making a decision that should not have been theirs.
