Help, I messed up how all programs are opened, msseces.exePosted:

Well it all started of i did a windows update and microsoft security essentials failed to update, i had to restart due the other things being updated. After that when i restarted it said ( Open with / choose the program you want to use to open this file ) File name is Msseces.exe i didn't know what it was so i clicked open with Media player. So now mostly every program trys to open with media player, google chrome / cmd etc. Please someone try to help.

The file association for .exe was changed. msseces.exe is Microsoft (ms) Security (sec) Essentials (es). Assuming you're using Win7, do this.
Download [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Right-click the downloaded file and click "Merge"
Allow if prompted by UAC
Restart or log off and on

But now how do i fix the msseces.exe trying to open everrtime i reboot?. I don't wanna mess anything up. Should i just uninstall ms sec es then re install?
