5'5 175 lbs 13/m and im doing footba this summer
I wake up at 6:30 go lift wieghts for 1.5 hours take a 30 min break
And do speed training for 1.5 hours

20% Exercise - 80% Nutrition

Hit the gym. Do core workouts, and cardio.

Eat healthy. Drink a lot of water.



I don't really know what else to say about it.

Watermelon has a lot of natural sugars in it so you want to stay away from it. Don't starve yourself either it won't help you at all.

  • Portion control. Only eat 1 serving
  • No fast food
  • Water only
  • Don't eat past 9
  • Exercise daily
  • Try to avoid bread
  • Try to avoid eating carbs and fats in the same meal
  • Stay away from sugar (even fruits with natural sugars such as apples, bananas, and watermelon)
  • Don't drink anything with Aspartame (Diet sodas)
  • Don't expect immediate results and don't get flustered when you aren't getting any
  • Don't have any cheat days. Not even one is okay when on a diet.
  • If you're hungry.. EAT! You need to eat. Just avoid snacks such as chips or something. Go with fruit or vegetables!

Best way to lose weight is eat less. Count your calories and eat at a deficit

Try eating healthy food and avoiding them fatty foods with a lot of calories and drinking a ton of water and eating fruit, try and getting active going to the park having a jog, stretching in the morning, exercising not too much etc. Make sure you have the will power to do these things, set daily challenges for yourself. Well instead of running you could try to gain Muscle as this will increase your metabollic rate and so the food you eat will be used up much faster. You should also eat 7 small things through the day rather than 3 big meals.

Those are the 2 best things to do. I know its hard mate but you have to be determined. Best of luck with it mate

Yeah man, the only sport I play is football and I'm a centre mid so I have to have a lot of energy.
