It says i need to verify my xbox account and it says its sent me a code to my email then when i try sign in to the email it says i need to veirify that as well

Make sure your using the right password.

The details should be like

Email
Xbox account password
Email password
Security code for origin

Use the email password , not the xbox account password

Doesn't work and MMOGA aren't getting back in touch to resolve it

I had the EXACT same problem and they wouldnt help me at all, the problem is that you can't acess the email account to click the confirmation link to show xbox that the account is yours.



I'm on my phone so I can't post screenshots but here's the copy and pasted Emails between me and MMOGA...


Me: "Hello again.

I do not feel like I'm being helped, i ordered 1 million coins last night and i still haven't been able to access my coins on the account you have provided, it will NOT let me log into the email account which means i can't click the confirmation link so i can't access the mule account on my Xbox. i wouldnt order with mmoga anyway so many problems ive had with them and so overpriced

my friend had the same problem but he was able to sign in on the 163.com mail

I just bought one off mmoxx and it was great got it all sorted and coins perfect within 10 mins !
