Good article on sky sports from Henry and Carragher

People who dont like Mourinho have always thrown at him that, wherever he goes, he always has huge amounts of money to spend, he said.

But I think its been shown in the past there have been plenty of managers who have gone to big clubs, spent big money, couldnt handle being at a big club and failed.
Here, the other teams hes come up against for the title United, City, Arsenal, Liverpool have all spent more money in the last two years than this Chelsea team.

He wasnt coming into a Chelsea team that were champions so you could say he doesnt need to spend as much, hes got the best team hes joined a Chelsea team thats gone five years without winning the league.

We shouldnt underestimate how big a job hes done here. We associate Chelsea with winning titles, but that was in Mourinhos early days.

To come in now and compete with City and United, who both had better teams when he first came in, and to spend less money than them, its a monumental achievement. It just shows what a top manager he is.

That's what Carragher had to say.

Henry said this:
With Financial Fair Play you cant do what you used to do so for the likes of Chelsea its more difficult to spend, he said.

But there is something Mourinho had to do when he arrived he wanted to get rid of some players here that were not his players.

He got rid of Juan Mata people argued with that David Luiz, Samuel Etoo and Fernando Torres left. Sometimes its not about money and what you do with it, its who you are buying.

He went out there to buy the players Chelsea were missing, whether they were big money or not. Nemanja Matic, for me, was as important as Fabregas.

You have to give him credit because he had to make sure he could readjust that Chelsea side that he took on board, to make it his Chelsea side.

It took him two years, but he won the double.

Very professional what they said, completely agree with both of them. We didn't have a spine when Mourinho came in and he changed that, he recalled Courtois, added Matic, Fabregas and Costa and revived JT who supposedly couldn't play twice a week when Benitez was manager.

I love the interviews when players win a trophy

JT - "One person said i cant play twice a week , God knows who that was" today was brilliant , AC "They say the germans dont lose on penalties ,,,, They do now" is there up there too , Swear the interviews are much more exicting after a trophy win.

Was just going to post that one, shots fired at Benitez haha, also the Matic interview made me laugh

@CarelessChelsea: Reporter: "Mati, how does it feel winning your first title?"

Mati: "Actually it's my second, I was here in 2010" t.co/N6aXZu8qNN

You know you've got bad support, when your manager criticises it.

Not really , Most managers dont have the balls to say there support is aweful , Even if it is aweful (Wenger is a example of this)

Its just Jose has the balls to say it , Most teams in the PL have aweful support at stadiums now a days , Because of ticket prices etc.

This.

But he's right though, our home support is awful. I've been saying it for years. It's all cause of the **** touts, ripping off the true fans & leaves it with half a stadium of tourists that don't even support Chelsea

I suppose they're a bit better than his last clubs supporters if not by much.

Most managers don't want to criticise their fans, because they want to be a respected figure within the fan base. If you loose the fans, you'll loose your job.

Exactly - Guys like wenger would not risk it , He is hated by most fans now though tbf xD.

No one cares with Jose saying , As whatever he does is trying to better this club + he has proven he is the man for the job he is just trying to improve the fans , Though what he doesent realise is its a problem in football - Not just chelsea fans but him doing what he does brings the attention on us , Instead of the sitation as a whole.
