Just wondering if anyone has had experience with depression, as i get it at times and just trying to find ways of getting over it?

Not trying to sound like a douche but, suck it up.

Go out and do something, or just lay down and go to sleep.

I get down and shit all the time but I just go do something to get my mind off of it and I'm fine.

I Do that but im only happy when im with family or close friends, i get called overweight alot by people and i have severe anger and im on my last warning at school so all i can do is be unhappy

I don`t suffer from depression, I do get frustrated very easily. as I have anger issues, I also have a illness that swells my lips and tongue up. Hence why I struggle fitting in at school, lol. Facial problem + anger issues = fights + school = excluded.

I don't like admitting it, but yes, I currently am.

It's gotten quite bad this month due to things happening, so I am getting referred to a specialist and will be getting medication.

The best way to avoid depression or perhaps trying to get rid of it is to find something to do that is time consuming like maybe a hobby or a sport you like. Work if you are of age is a nice idea as well.

Getting down and depression is to different things some people cant get over it easy
