I think its cause no one knows what to make next, so all games are going to be the same and if they change that then someone is going to say "oh they copied this for here" and so on. Call of duty they are turning more into a halo type game just without all the weird stuff like energy swords, the company's are running out of ideas of what to make next, games like gta are safe as they can just chose a random city some random people and then a story line for them and the game is done, game's like cod or battle field will start to struggle soon.

Call of duty is of course getting more boring each game released. I stop playing since Ghost.

but games other then call of duty I think is getting better and better. it takes time. you see a lot of similar game mechanics and the same concept over and over again. but at times there's great games that come out

COD's have died down since MW2 in my opinion.

Guess the fact the games are getting worse and I'm getting older add to that.

Not saying you don't enjoy games as much, just the way I feel.

Try playing other games... I find that open world games like forza horizon, skyrim, borderlands, and minecraft tend to bring weeks of gameplay. it all depends on what you are in to.
