Referring to the grass, can anyone tell me what setting that is? It looks annoying when playing..

Probably texture or terrain settings.

Without the settings in front of me... It's hard to say haha.

Terrain settings is the most likely one. but like above. without the settings its hard to make the call

Vsync - On
Pause on Focus Loss - Off

Texture Quality - Very High
Shader Quality - Very High
Shadow Quality - High
Reflection Quality - Very High
Reflection MSAA - X2
Water Quality - High
Particles Quality - Very High
Grass Quality - Normal
Soft Shadows - AMD CHS
Post FX - Normal
Motion Blur Strength - NA
In-game depth of Field effects - NA
Anisotropic Filtering - X8
Ambient Occlusion - Normal
Tessellation - High

Didn't change anything really, fairly sure the grass setting determines how much grass you will actually see out in the country side or in grassy areas.. Hits my FPS heavily

Not sure.

You could try enabling FXAA and turn the MSAA to maximum.

AA helps on things like that.

I'm almost certain the grass quality setting should be changing, well, the grass quality. If it doesn't help at all for whatever reason, you can PM me if you want and I'll check how the grass looks on my GTA V and what my settings are, try see what will help you.
