I understand where you're coming from with this, but you can't make general "rules" for people requesting to follow. They won't anyway.
This generally would work for most requests but it's not gonna be set in stone. If it bothers you that much, post that form for them to answer on their topic, and if they don't answer, they don't want a graphic. Lol.

It dosent bother me that much its just i thought i could help out people that want to request get the best pic possible but ig not

Sometimes people request stuff and I know it'll look wack. They pick a disgusting font or a shitty background, maybe even something as simple as the colour scheme puts me off of making it.
So sometimes I prefer it when they just give the basic request, then I can incorporate my own style/twist on it and make it look good. Very rarely do I get a complaint when I do a request in my own way.
