What error is it giving you? maybe we can assist if you tell us a little about it.

Have you tried the basics..
Installing the Redists, verifying integrity, looking up your error specifically.. etc.

The problem is sitting in front of the computer because it's not Valve's responsibility to make sure your computer is set up properly and capable of running the game. You also don't seem to have read the terms.

Get speccy and post the screen shot of your specs

Check anything on your behalf there might be something blocking it / not allowing you to play it. From the replies i wouldn't blame steam either.

I prefer xbox gaming over pc any day pc has so much pros and so does xbox but the cons of the xbox are way less compared to PC i mean on PC you have too spend alot of money just to get it good enough to run a game without lag not too mention if you wanna upgrade your pc you have to know what your doing and rebuild the parts and add the new ones such as RAM sticks, Video card and much more!

BUT PC has wayyy better quality and gaming than xbox such as not getting hit off line, better servers, better graphics and sometimes add on's xbox doesn't even have such as Skyrim online and what not oh and can't forget PC has WAYYYYYYYY more games that are free and fun and way more MMORPG games .

ive already had Steam check over my specs, my friends has the same pc and he runs
BO2 on it with no issues, and it says unhandled exception caught, so there are no wild assumptions, as many people have this issue and it hasnt been resolved, there advice was to change the date and time settings to hong kong, i have all of the upated drivers, updated bios, reinstall the games, check to make sure they are valid, i have all the directx installed,the other games i have from them work fine, but i should have worded it different, it was activision support that sucks, my bad guys, dont freak out

It seems to be an issue on your side of the deal because no one else seems to be having this issue. Steam does not suck just because you can't run the game. Steam is a wonderful platform and you need to apologize to the almighty Steam because you hurt it's feelings.

i did word it differently, it more of Activision Support, as it was Steam itself as i have no issues with the other games, I cant figure out what it is on my end if it is,but it seems alot of people have this error and some thing work for others while nothing works for the rest of us, Just really frustrating aha
