Hey guys,
Over the past few days i have been working on a few new designs for my portfolio.
I have never done people/anime characters before ! So this is a first for me.
I would say i was still learning photoshop so this is the best i could do at the moment !
What would you rate them ?
Improvements ?
Any other feedback ?

i find the first one quite interesting. it has a cool border which goes will with this forum since it has a white background. the red color on the sword should be changed to a light purple to blend better. but then again you don't want your art to be monotone so add a bit of color.
im not feeling the border on the second one. you added depth witch is a plus. in my opinion i don't like to blur whatever your suppose to focus on. you would want us to focus on the whole character so i think its best to just blur some of the flower peddles floating around. and darken the sides to create more depth.
the third is over saturated and brighten to the max. with such a quote i expected the universe to be in her eyes/pupils. well that's my feedback. keep it up man ^.^

I wouldn't add these to a portfolio...
A portfolio is generally your absolute best designs to show off to an employer or client.
Personally I dont think this style or type of graphics would belong in a portfolio.
People don't generally request tags like this, very often.
On the topic of your designs though, I personally don't like them.
I am not a fan of anime.. in the slightest.
And tags aren't exactly my favorite thing in the world.
First One:
The background if very bright.
Almost too white in the center.
The girl has like no face at all...
The bottom right edge looks cool with that border because it flows.
But it doesn't really work on the top left/left side.
I'll get feedback on the other 2 later. I'm busy atm
